Attempts to generate a random MeLo identifier into the provided buffer.

Buffer that receives the generated identifier.

written int

When the method returns, contains the number of characters produced.

Returns

bool

true if generation was attempted; otherwise, false.

TryGenerate(in GenerationOptions, Span<char>, out int)

Attempts to generate a random MeLo identifier using the supplied options.
