Attempts to generate a random CNH number into the provided buffer.

Parameters

destination Span<char>

Buffer receiving the generated number.

written int

When the method returns, contains the number of characters produced.

Returns

true if generation succeeded; otherwise, false.

Attempts to generate a random CNH number using the supplied options.
